Heya... well i finally quit the hospitol job. Basically I just wasnt getting paid enough to put up with Troy (our sub-supervisor until we get a new one) or do the work i was doing. Troy is a good guy and all as long as you dont have to work with him. He makes up these rules just beause he thinks hes in charge/knows what he's doing.Case in point; the other night i was bringing over a box of those big black trash bags to use instead of these crappy white ones they give us. I had already asked Sharon about me using them over in the Medical Office Buildings and she said it was fine.
You see Sharon is the night MANAGER for the Medical Office Building Cleaning Crews and the Hospitol Cleaning Crews. The position Troy is subbing in is not even a manager. He's called a lead Tech.
So.. Troy sees me carrying them over there and asks me what I have and I tell him. He then tells me that I cant do it because MOB pays for their stock and the Hospitol pays for theirs. I told him Sharon already ok'ed it weeks ago, but yet he still took them away from and said that it wasnt allowed!
It may seem like a small complaint, but its really not! This is just a minor tid-bit of what he gets up to. Or rather what he doesnt do at all.
I strongly dis-like him as a co-worker, but when before we worked together we had a good time talking about all kinds of things. Now i have this sort of weird animosity towards him that I just dont want to talk to him anymore... Ah well... I'm done ranting!
