A Life SO Ordinary

Thursday night at my job was the first day i was on my own... i did pretty well! Although i didnt finish until almost midnight! I was so tired after all that work... my feet and legs were so sore! Anyway on to the reaosn im writing this entry...
Well part of my job last night was to clean out the elevator tracks on the floor of every elevator in the building... theres 5. Anyway so here i am on my last elevator and my back is hurting im tired and i just unplugged the vacuum. I turn around and go back towards the elevator only to see the door shut on the cord.
My heart stopped beating... i didnt know what to do! I pushed the call button, but it was too late! The damned elevator had taken off with the vacuum still in it!
I was so scared that whoever had called the elevator was going to be hurt by the thing slamming in to the doors!
Luckily the cord didnt run out or i would have been in big trouble!
so now i know to keep the vacuum out of the elevator when im cleaning them!
Wednesday was Mel's 17th birthday! I wasnt there to celebrate it with her though. We were both kinda sad about that, but it couldnt be helped... i have to work!
I heard it went great and its weird because i dont get to see my family at all during the week. And this weekend i havent gotten to see Mel and Shan because they went to a retreat this weekend in Nashville.
Oh well I'll get to see them Monday becaus eim off!
